Email security scanners (like Microsoft SafeLinks, Barracuda, Mimecast) automatically open emails to check for threats. This triggers the tracking pixel. Outsolvi filters out 50+ known scanners, but some may slip through. Look for: opens from unusual locations, multiple opens within seconds of sending, or opens from corporate IP addresses.
This usually means email security scanners are triggering the tracking pixel. Outsolvi gives every open a plain-English trust badge, and only opens badged Most-likely human count toward your totals. Scanner activity is badged Scanner and filtered out, so it never inflates your numbers. Open any event and hit Diagnose to see exactly why it was badged the way it was.
Apple Mail Privacy Protection pre-downloads all images when an email arrives, even before the recipient reads it. Outsolvi detects Apple Mail Privacy Protection and filters it out, so it isn't counted as a real open and won't inflate your numbers. Link click tracking is unaffected by Apple Mail Privacy Protection.
Instead of a percentage, every open and click gets a plain-English trust badge:

Most-likely human, a real person, the only badge that counts toward your totals
Possibly human, mixed signals, shown but not counted (click "Yes, this was them" to confirm)
Scanner, security software or bots, filtered
Self-open, your own views, filtered
Machine preview, Apple Mail's automatic image load, shown but not counted
Link preview, your link was shared in Slack/LinkedIn/etc., a share signal, not a click

Every event has a Diagnose button that shows exactly which rule made the call.
Your Dashboard shows two key sections:

Activity Feed: A real-time stream of opens and clicks, filterable by type (All, Opens, Clicks). Each event shows the recipient, timestamp, and device.

Hot Prospects: Your top 5 most engaged contacts ranked by engagement score, with AI-generated follow-up suggestions like "Clicked your link, ready for follow-up" or "Multiple opens, high intent, reach out now."
The Insights page gives you deep analytics:

KPI Cards: Emails sent, opens, clicks, and rates with trend arrows
Activity Timeline: Opens and clicks over time
Device Distribution: Desktop vs Mobile breakdown
Browser Distribution: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge usage
Location Distribution: Top countries by engagement

Filter by date range (7-90 days), channel (Email, LinkedIn), and team member.
