Getting Started

Go to my.outsolvi.com/signup, enter your work email and a password (8+ characters, one uppercase letter, one number), then click Sign Up. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to activate your account.

Outsolvi isn't in Microsoft's add-in store, so searching Get Add-ins won't find it. You add it from a file instead.

Step 1: Sign in at my.outsolvi.com, open Get Add-in and pick Outlook Web / New Outlook to save the manifest (.xml). Don't rename or edit it.

Outlook on the web and the new Outlook: Open an email → "..." (More actions) → Get Add-ins (called Apps in the new Outlook) → My add-ins → Add a custom add-in → Add from file → select the .xml → Install.

Classic Outlook for Windows: use the desktop installer from your dashboard. The custom add-in installs there but won't track.

For your whole team on the web or new Outlook: an admin can deploy the web add-in from the Microsoft 365 admin center → Settings → Integrated apps → Add-ins → Deploy Add-in → upload the .xml.

Add Outsolvi: Email Tracking for Gmail from the Chrome Web Store, or choose Get Add-in in your Outsolvi account. Then click the Outsolvi icon in Chrome's toolbar and sign in with your Outsolvi email and password. Signing in on the website alone doesn't switch the extension on. From then on every email you send from Gmail is tracked, and you'll see a Follow-up button next to Send.

Click the Outsolvi button in the ribbon (desktop) or toolbar (web). Enter your email and password, then click Sign In. You'll stay signed in for 90 days, the session auto-renews each time you use it.

No. Once you're signed in, every email you send is automatically tracked. Just compose and send as you normally would. There's no button to click or checkbox to enable, tracking is on by default.

Go to Settings → Email Accounts → Connect Email Account. Choose Gmail or Outlook, then sign in to that account to connect it. This lets Outsolvi sync your inbox and sent folders for full engagement tracking. You can connect multiple accounts and set one as your default.
