Go to Contacts in the sidebar, then click Add Contact. Enter their email (required), name, company, title, phone, LinkedIn URL, and notes. You can also add tags to organize your contacts.
Go to Contacts → click Import → upload a CSV file. Outsolvi auto-detects columns and lets you map them to fields (email, first name, last name, company, title, phone, LinkedIn, notes). You can import up to 1,000 contacts at a time. Duplicates are detected by email address.
Custom fields let you add your own columns to the contacts table, like "Company Size", "Deal Stage", or "Follow-up Date". Click the + button on the table header to create a new field. Choose from text, number, date, dropdown, and more. Custom fields appear on contact profiles and can be filtered and sorted.
Click any contact to open the detail panel with four tabs:
Overview: Name, email, company, title, phone, LinkedIn, and all custom field values.
Notes: Add timestamped notes about the contact.
Tasks: Create, assign, and complete tasks related to this contact.
Activities: Full engagement history, every email sent, opened, and clicked.

A sequence is a series of automated follow-up emails. You create a template for each step, set the timing (e.g., "wait 3 days"), and enroll contacts. Outsolvi sends the emails on schedule and automatically stops when someone replies, no more awkward follow-ups to people who already responded.
Go to Sequences → New Sequence. Name your sequence, then add steps:
1. Choose a step type: Email, Wait, or LinkedIn action
2. Write your email template (supports variables like {{firstName}}, {{company}})
3. Set the delay between steps (e.g., 3 days)
4. Add more steps as needed
5. Save, then enroll contacts to start sending
Outsolvi also includes sample templates like "Cold Outreach" and "Follow-up After Demo" to get you started.

Go to Sequences, find your sequence, and click Pause. Paused sequences won't send any more emails until you resume them. You can also unenroll individual contacts from a sequence without pausing it for everyone.
Each sequence step has a built-in Health Check that analyzes your email for potential deliverability issues, spam trigger words, reputation score, content length, and more. It gives you a score and specific one-click fix recommendations to improve your emails before they send.
