LinkedIn

LinkedIn outreach that lives inside your email sequence

Every other LinkedIn tool asks you to run a second system beside your email and keep the two in step by hand. Here it is one sequence: email them, view their profile, connect, message, and the whole thing stops the moment they reply on either channel.

$49 per LinkedIn account a month, on a plan that starts at $7. 14 days free, no card.

Seven actions, and when each one unlocks

A step can be any of these, mixed with your email steps, with your own delays. On a new account they unlock in stages, and the engine refuses the rest rather than trusting you to be careful.

Days 0 to 315 actions a day

The account only watches and warms. Anything heavier is refused by the engine, not just discouraged.

Account safety

A warm-up ladder, not a promise

No tool can guarantee LinkedIn will never restrict an account, and you should be wary of any that says otherwise. What we can show you is exactly how we behave.

  • Connection requests stay under 80 a week, below the roughly 100 LinkedIn allows.
  • Actions are spaced minutes apart, and the engine spends a minute or more reading a profile before acting on it.
  • Daily and weekly limits reset on your account’s own timezone, not ours.

Everything you would expect from a dedicated tool

Because it is one, and it happens to share a sequence with your email.

Several senders on one campaign

Spread a campaign across accounts so no single profile carries the whole list.

Message variants per step

Run more than one version of a step and see which earns replies.

One inbox for both channels

LinkedIn replies land beside email replies, not in a second tool.

Lead lists, imported or built

Bring a CSV or work from lists you build, then push them into a campaign.

Suppression list

People you must never contact stay uncontacted, across every campaign.

Webhooks

Push LinkedIn events into your CRM or anywhere else you keep score.

Per-campaign analytics

Acceptance, reply and step-by-step drop-off for each campaign.

Export whenever

Campaigns and leads export to CSV. Your data stays yours.

Who we are not for. If you resell LinkedIn outreach under your own brand, HeyReach whitelabels and we do not. If voice notes are core to your cadence, La Growth Machine has them. That is the honest list, and it is short. Everything else you would be trading away is the part that decides your day: none of them scores your email opens, so a security scanner or an Apple prefetch counts as a read, and you spend the morning chasing people who never opened anything.

Questions people ask before switching

Is this a separate product from Outsolvi email tracking?

No. It is an add-on to the plan you already have, and it lives inside the same sequences. A sequence can email someone on Monday, view their profile on Tuesday and send a connection request on Thursday, and the whole thing stops the moment they reply on either channel. There is no second tool, no second list and no second login.

What does it cost?

$49 per connected LinkedIn account per month, on top of your plan ($7 a month billed yearly for Individual, $20 a user for Teams Pro). The rate falls as you add accounts: $45 each from 3, $42 from 5, $38 from 10 and $35 from 25. One account covers one person sending.

Will my LinkedIn account get restricted?

Nothing can promise that, and you should not trust a tool that does. What we do is behave like a person: a new account starts at 15 actions a day doing nothing but views, likes and follows, and only reaches full volume after three weeks. Connection requests stay under 80 a week, below the roughly 100 LinkedIn allows. Actions are spaced minutes apart, not seconds, and the engine spends real time on a profile before acting on it. Limits reset on your account's own timezone.

How is this different from HeyReach?

HeyReach is LinkedIn-only. To add email you connect a separate tool such as Instantly or Smartlead and keep two systems in step. With Outsolvi, email is the core product and LinkedIn is a channel inside the same sequence, so the reply that stops your email follow-up also stops your LinkedIn steps. On price, HeyReach’s Growth plan was $79 a month when we checked on 23 August 2026, which their site describes as unlimited senders on one flat fee, with Agency at $999 a month. Ours is $49 an account on a $7 plan. If you are running LinkedIn at agency scale across many accounts, read their pricing page yourself and do the maths for your own number of accounts, because at that shape their flat fee may well beat per-account pricing including ours.

How is this different from La Growth Machine?

La Growth Machine does run LinkedIn and email natively, and it is a capable tool. The differences are what the plans are built around and what they cost: their plans meter enriched leads (250 to 1,000 a month depending on tier) and start at €60 an identity a month, read from their pricing page on 23 August 2026. Ours is $49 an account, and the thing we do that neither does is score every email open so a security scanner or an Apple prefetch never counts as a read.

How many LinkedIn accounts can I connect?

As many as you buy. Each add-on covers one connected account, with up to 5 active campaigns, 500 leads a month and 50 actions a day on that account.

Compared against every tool you are shortlisting

Every one of these is a real tool and every comparison names the one thing it does better than we do. It also names what you give up to get it. Prices were read from the vendors’ own pricing pages on 23 August 2026, so check any of them yourself.

The thing none of them does is grade your email opens. On every tool on this list, an Apple Mail Privacy Protection prefetch and a corporate security scanner fetching the pixel look exactly like a person reading your message. That is the number most reps use to decide who to chase.
