If you searched for Saleshandy's email tracker for Gmail or Outlook and landed on a page that does not exist, you are not imagining it. As of 16 August 2026, the email tracking pages linked from Saleshandy's own footer return 404. This is a short, honest guide to what changed and what to do about it.
What Saleshandy is today
Saleshandy's homepage describes it as "Your Complete Multichannel Outbound Platform to Book Meetings Everyday", listing a B2B database, email outreach, a dialer, WhatsApp and a task manager. It is a cold outbound suite for teams that send at volume from many mailboxes.
Its pricing page lists four plans, billed annually: Outreach Starter at $25 a month, Pro at $69, Scale at $139 and Scale Plus at $209 (monthly billing is higher, $36 to $299). There is a 7-day free trial with no card. We did not find a money-back guarantee on the pricing page. Email tracking is not listed as a feature there.
None of that is a criticism. It is a different product from the one many people remember, and if you need a database, a dialer and bulk sequences, it may be exactly right.
What that means if you only wanted tracking
A lot of people came to Saleshandy years ago for one thing: to know whether the email they just sent was opened. If that is still your job, buying a $25 to $209 outbound platform to get it is paying for a warehouse when you needed a shelf.
There is also a quieter issue. Saleshandy's homepage does not mention open accuracy at all: nothing about security scanners opening every email, Apple Mail pre-fetching every pixel, or telling a real read from a machine. For a bulk outbound tool that is understandable. For someone who needs to know whether one specific person read one specific email, it is the whole question.
What to use instead
If tracking is the job, pay for tracking. Outsolvi is built for exactly this:
- It installs into every version of Outlook (classic desktop, new Outlook, web, Mac, mobile) and into Gmail. Many trackers are Gmail-only; this one is not.
- It grades every open. A Microsoft Defender scan, an Apple Mail prefetch and your own re-read of a sent email are each labelled as what they are and never counted. Only a real person counts. [Our methodology](/methodology) lists the rules and [our research sources](/research-sources) show where the numbers come from.
- Follow-ups send themselves and stop the moment someone replies. The same follow-up can continue on LinkedIn.
- It costs $7 a month billed yearly, or $12 monthly. 14-day free trial, no card, and a 7-day money-back guarantee after that.
You can see the difference on one email, side by side with a normal tracker, on [our homepage](/). Or read [what real users say on G2 and Trustpilot](/blog/outsolvi-reviews-g2-trustpilot).
Where Saleshandy still wins
Fairness matters, so: if you need a B2B contact database, a built-in dialer, WhatsApp sequences, or you send thousands of cold emails a month from rotating mailboxes, Saleshandy does things Outsolvi does not try to do. Different job, different tool. Our [full comparison](/compare/saleshandy) lays the two out feature by feature.
The short version
Saleshandy moved on from email tracking. If you need the tracker, not the platform, [start the free trial](https://my.outsolvi.com/signup), send one real email, and look at who actually read it.
