How to track emails in New Outlook
New Outlook is Microsoft's web-tech-based successor to classic Outlook Desktop. The structural change: only Office.js add-ins load. Legacy COM and VSTO add-ins are silently ignored. Any tracker that hasn't migrated to Office.js stops working when you switch to New Outlook.

Troubleshooting
Tracker I used on classic Outlook stopped working in New Outlook
The tracker is COM-only and doesn't have an Office.js version. Switch to a tracker with native Office.js support (Outsolvi is one option). The classic-Outlook version will not work in New Outlook.
Outsolvi taskpane button doesn't appear
Restart New Outlook after install. Some add-ins need a client restart to appear in the taskpane.
Admin policy blocks add-in install
Forward the AppSource listing URL to your IT admin. New Outlook respects the same admin policies as classic Outlook for add-in approval.

Is New Outlook replacing classic Outlook?
Microsoft has stated New Outlook is the future client. Classic Outlook will continue to be supported for several years but will not get new features. Plan to migrate within 18-24 months.

What if I have to go back to classic Outlook?
