Composing Emails

Send tracked emails from the web app, choose what is tracked on each message, and turn tracking off for the ones where it does not belong.

Go to Compose in the sidebar. Fill in the To field (autocomplete searches your contacts), Subject, and Body. Select which connected email account to send from using the "From" dropdown. Click Send.

You can also add CC and BCC recipients, and the email is automatically tracked unless you toggle tracking off.
Yes. On the Compose page, you'll see checkboxes for Enable open tracking and Enable click tracking. Uncheck either one to send without that type of tracking. Both are enabled by default.
When composing emails (in Compose or Sequences), you can use these variables that auto-fill for each recipient:

{{firstName}}, Contact's first name
{{lastName}}, Contact's last name
{{company}}, Contact's company
{{title}}, Contact's job title

In sequences, you can also use {option1|option2|option3} syntax for random variations.
Yes. Connect multiple Gmail or Outlook accounts in Settings → Email Accounts. When composing, use the "From" dropdown to choose which account sends the email. Set one account as your default for convenience.
