What Outsolvi connects to
Outsolvi works inside Outlook and Gmail and connects to your mailbox. That's the list today. It doesn't sync with a CRM, post to Slack or plug into Zapier, and there's no public API yet. Here's what works, what doesn't, and what teams do in the meantime.

Outlook add-ins
Tracking goes on when you press Send. Classic Outlook for Windows uses Outsolvi's desktop add-in; Outlook on the web and the new Outlook use the web add-in. Outlook for Mac isn't supported yet.
Email tracking for OutlookYour mailbox
Connect Google Workspace or Gmail, Microsoft 365, or any SMTP and IMAP mailbox. Outsolvi sends your follow-ups from it and watches it for replies, so a follow-up stops when someone answers. Some Microsoft 365 companies need an admin to approve read access first.

Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and other CRMs
Today: No sync. Outsolvi doesn't log activity to a CRM or read its records.
Instead: Most CRMs have their own Outlook and Gmail add-ins for logging email. Keep yours for logging and run Outsolvi next to it for graded opens and follow-ups.
Slack and Microsoft Teams
Today: No alerts sent to either.
Instead: Hot-lead alerts come as desktop notifications from the Gmail extension and the desktop Outlook add-in, and hot leads are flagged in the Outsolvi app.
Zapier, Make, webhooks and a public API
Today: None of these is available yet.
Instead: There's nothing to connect for now.
Calendly, Zoom and Google Calendar
Today: No connection.
Instead: Put your booking or meeting link in the email as usual. Outsolvi records who clicks it.
Notion
Today: No connection.
Instead: There's nothing to connect for now.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Today: No integration.
Instead: Outsolvi's LinkedIn add-on is a separate product with its own page. The LinkedIn add-on.
Integration questions
Does Outsolvi integrate with Salesforce?
No. Outsolvi doesn't log activity to Salesforce or read Salesforce records. If you need email activity in Salesforce, keep using Salesforce's own Outlook or Gmail integration for logging, and run Outsolvi's tracking next to it.
Does Outsolvi integrate with HubSpot?
No. There's no HubSpot sync. HubSpot's own Sales extension can log email to HubSpot, and you can run it next to Outsolvi.
Does Outsolvi integrate with Pipedrive?
No. There's no Pipedrive sync. Pipedrive's own email sync can keep logging email while Outsolvi tracks opens, clicks and replies.
Can Outsolvi send alerts to Slack or Microsoft Teams?
No. Hot-lead alerts come as desktop notifications from the Gmail extension and the desktop Outlook add-in, and hot leads are flagged in the Outsolvi app. An email becomes a hot lead once it has 5 or more real opens and 2 or more link clicks.
Does Outsolvi work with Zapier?
No. There's no Zapier app, no webhooks and no public API yet, so there's nothing for Zapier or Make to connect to.
Is there an Outsolvi API?
Not for customers yet. There's no public API and no webhooks.
Does Outsolvi connect to Calendly or Zoom?
No. You can put a Calendly or Zoom link in your email as usual, and Outsolvi records when someone clicks it.
Does Outsolvi work with Google Workspace?
Yes, in two ways. The Gmail extension tracks the email you send from Gmail, and you can connect a Google Workspace mailbox so Outsolvi sends your follow-ups from it and sees replies.
Does Outsolvi work with Microsoft 365?
Yes. Classic Outlook for Windows uses Outsolvi's desktop add-in, and Outlook on the web and the new Outlook use the web add-in. You can also connect a Microsoft 365 mailbox for follow-ups and reply detection. Some companies need an admin to approve read access before Outsolvi can see replies.
Does Outsolvi work with Notion?
No. There's no Notion connection.
Does Outsolvi work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
There's no Sales Navigator integration. Outsolvi's LinkedIn add-on is a separate product, and its page explains what it covers.
