Automated Follow-Up
Set up follow-ups that send themselves across email and LinkedIn, and stop the moment someone replies.
You write your follow-up steps once (a couple of emails, on the days you choose) and Outsolvi sends them for you, from your real inbox, as one-to-one emails in the same thread. It is the opposite of a mass blast: each message is personal, threaded, and spread out, and the whole sequence stops the moment the person replies.
While composing or reading an email in the Outlook add-in or Gmail extension, use Schedule a follow-up. Pick how many days to wait and what the follow-up says, and Outsolvi sends it for you if the person has not replied by then. It is the fastest way to never forget a follow-up.
Go to Sequences and create a new one. Add steps: an email, a wait (for example, 2 days), another email, another wait, and so on. Use merge fields like {{firstName}} and {{company}} to personalize each step. Save it, then enroll your contacts, and Outsolvi sends each step on schedule.
Yes, automatically. The moment Outsolvi sees a reply on the thread, it stops the rest of the sequence for that person. You will never send a follow-up to someone who has already answered.
Both. Each sequence can be set to send for me (fully automatic) or remind me to send (Outsolvi queues each step and you send it with one click). Many people start in remind-me mode and switch to automatic once they trust it.
Yes. A sequence can mix email steps and LinkedIn steps, so the same follow-up reaches people on both channels. A reply on either channel stops the whole sequence. See the LinkedIn Outreach section for how to connect LinkedIn.
Open the sequence and use the controls on each enrolled contact. You can pause the whole sequence, edit upcoming steps, or remove a specific person at any time. Changes apply only to steps that have not been sent yet.
