When someone opens your tracked email, we record: their IP address (for approximate location), device info (desktop/mobile/tablet), browser type, and timestamp. That's it. We don't track their browsing, build profiles, or follow them around the web. This data is only visible to you.
Yes, at every level. All communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Your database is encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed with scrypt (we can never see them). API keys are hashed with bcrypt. Sensitive credentials use AES-256 encryption. Your data is locked with a key at every layer.
Yes. We only collect data necessary for email tracking, never sell or share it with third parties, and you can request data export or deletion at any time. Contact support@outsolvi.com to exercise your data rights.
Contact support@outsolvi.com and request account deletion. We'll process it and confirm when complete. This is permanent, all tracking history, contacts, sequences, and team data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
Native two-factor authentication for regular accounts isn't available yet, it's on our roadmap (TOTP first, then backup codes and hardware keys). In the meantime, the strongest thing you can do is turn on 2FA for the email account you use with Outsolvi, since password resets run through your email. You can also review and revoke active sessions in Settings → Profile.
