How it works
Smart Compose runs on a transformer model fed four context channels: recipient profile (name, title, company, prior interactions), thread history (prior messages in the same thread), sender voice (recent messages from the same sender, anonymised, to match voice), and intent (rep-selected: book a meeting, follow up on proposal, address question). The model returns a 70 percent draft which the rep edits.

Is my email content used for training?+
No. Outsolvi does not train models on customer email content. Smart Compose runs against pre-trained models with per-call context only.
Does this work on mobile?+
Yes. Smart Compose is available in the Outlook task pane and the Gmail sidebar. There is no Outsolvi mobile app.
