How it works
Smart Compose runs on a transformer model fed four context channels: recipient profile (name, title, company, prior interactions), thread history (prior messages in the same thread), sender voice (recent messages from the same sender, anonymised, to match voice), and intent (rep-selected: book a meeting, follow up on proposal, address question). The model returns a 70 percent draft which the rep edits.
