Team dashboards and manager-level visibility

A sales manager wants visibility into AE engagement signals across the team without forcing daily standups or CRM-data-entry rituals.

Team dashboards turn individual-rep engagement signals into team-level coaching surfaces. The manager sees who has hot deals, who has at-risk pipeline, who has aged-out follow-ups, and which AEs are running at typical engagement velocity vs below.

The dashboards refresh automatically as the rep's engagement events fire. No AE input required. This is the operational difference between a coaching cadence that adds 30 minutes of overhead per AE per week and one that adds zero.

What it does

Aggregates per-rep engagement signals (Tier 1 opens, reply rates, hot-lead count, engagement-velocity decay) into team-level dashboards with sort, filter, and drill-down. Manager views are independent of rep views; reps cannot see other reps' deal data unless permissions allow.

Why it matters in 2026

  • Pipeline reviews based on AE self-report miss deals that look fine on paper but have lost buyer engagement
  • Manager-level engagement-velocity dashboards surface at-risk deals before AEs notice them
  • Coaching conversations grounded in engagement data beat coaching conversations grounded in stage-and-amount opinion
  • Cross-rep pattern detection identifies which messages and cadences are working at the team level not just per-rep

How it works

Every rep's engagement events feed into a team-level aggregation layer. The aggregation is per-permission (a manager sees their direct reports; an executive sees the whole team). Dashboards are real-time (no nightly batch) and support CSV export for offline analysis. Permissions are configured per-team-structure (geo, segment, or named groups).

How competitors handle this

Yesware Premium and HubSpot Sales Hub have team dashboards but raw open data without confidence scoring; the dashboard surfaces inflated numbers. Salesforce activity reporting is mature but requires the Yesware/Salesloft sync which is gated to higher tiers. Outsolvi Teams Pro at $20/user/mo yearly is structurally cheaper than the comparable Yesware Premium + Salesforce stack.

Use cases for Team Dashboards

  • Weekly engagement review cadence (see /workflows/weekly-engagement-review)
  • Quarterly pipeline-at-risk reviews
  • Cross-rep cadence A/B testing on subject lines and send times
  • Manager-level coaching conversations grounded in engagement-decay signals

Frequently asked questions

Can reps see each other's deals?+

Configurable per-team. Default is no cross-rep visibility; some teams enable manager-only cross-rep view; some enable team-wide visibility for collaborative selling motions.

Does this require CRM sync?+

No, though optional CRM sync adds context (deal stage, amount, close date). Without CRM sync, the dashboards show engagement signals only.

Nate built Outsolvi after watching every email-tracking tool he had ever used lie to him about opens. Outsolvi runs Tier 1 to 5 confidence scoring on every open, native in Outlook and Gmail, so the number on the dashboard is one a rep can actually act on.
