Is this Google's actual deliverability score?+
No. Google and Microsoft don't publish their scores. This is a rule-based estimate based on the factors that mailbox-provider documentation says they weight. Treat it as a checklist, not a guarantee.
What complaint rate triggers spam folder?+
Above 0.3% (3 in 1000) at Gmail. Above 0.1% (1 in 1000) at Microsoft. These numbers come straight from Postmaster Tools and SNDS.
