Weekly Deliverability Health Checklist
Most deliverability problems are gradual. A 10-minute weekly review catches them at warning-light stage instead of inbox-blackout stage.
- Postmaster Tools Spam Rate — under 0.3% (under 0.1% green zone)
- Microsoft SNDS — Color column is Green for all your IPs
- Bounce rate over the week — under 3% hard, under 5% total
- Complaint rate over the week — under 0.1%
- Spamhaus ZEN lookup on your sending IPs — not listed
- DMARC aggregate (RUA) reports — review for unauthorized senders
- Suppression list grew vs last week — confirms you're processing bounces and complaints
- Send volume vs last week — within ±20% (sudden spikes trigger throttling)
If any check fails, investigate before scaling next week's sends. The cheapest fix is the one made while you're still in the inbox, not after you've dropped into spam.
Lists the 8 weekly checks: Postmaster reputation, SNDS spam rate, bounce rate, complaint rate, RBL status, DMARC report review, suppression-list growth, send-volume consistency.

Reference pages tell you the benchmark. Outsolvi tells you whether your team is above or below it — per-rep, per-deal, per-week — and which behavior changes move the number. From $7/user/mo yearly.
See your numberNate built Outsolvi after watching every email-tracking tool he had ever used lie to him about opens. Outsolvi runs Tier 1 to 5 confidence scoring on every open, native in Outlook and Gmail, so the number on the dashboard is one a rep can actually act on.
We update these pages when the underlying mechanics change — new mailbox-provider rules, new tracker behavior, new measurement gaps. The dates above are real revisions, not auto-touches.
