Voicemail Script Generator (Email-Companion)

Long voicemails get auto-deleted. 22 seconds is the magic length. This tool generates a script that fits.

Script (≈13s, 32 words)
Hi Sam, this is Alex. Calling because of the Series B announcement. sending a 2-line email right after this with the specific reason. If it lands, great. Either way, (415) 555-0123. Thanks.

Record generated. Now make sure it actually passes on real sends.

A correct DNS record on paper still fails 12% of the time at the receiver. Outsolvi watches every send and flags auth failures, opens that look like proxies, and bounces in real time. From $7/user/mo yearly.

Verify on a real send
What it does

Word-count-targets the script to land in the 20-25 second window when read at natural pace. Outputs the script + the email follow-up that references the VM.

When to use

AE workflow where a voicemail + email pair has higher response than email alone.

FAQ

Why keep a voicemail this short?+

Long voicemails get deleted before the reason lands. A script in the 20 to 25 second range gets the who, the why, and the callback number in before the listener gives up.

How is the length estimated?+

It counts the words in the script and assumes roughly 150 words per minute, which is a normal speaking pace. Anything estimated above 25 seconds gets flagged so you can cut a segment.

Will my recording actually match the estimate?+

Close, but not exact. If you speak slowly or pause between sentences you'll run longer than the estimate, so time yourself once against the real script before you rely on it.
