Follow-Up Email Template Generator
Follow-ups differ based on the signal. Opened-not-replied calls for a re-state; total silence calls for a fresh angle.
Hi Sam, Saw the note got opened. likely landed on a busy day. To restate the why: [one sentence on the trigger] [one sentence on the ask] [Your name]
Record generated. Now make sure it actually passes on real sends.
A correct DNS record on paper still fails 12% of the time at the receiver. Outsolvi watches every send and flags auth failures, opens that look like proxies, and bounces in real time. From $7/user/mo yearly.
Verify on a real sendBranches on the confidence signal (opened, clicked, or no signal). Output reflects that branch in framing and length.
When you have engagement signal from a tracker (Outsolvi or otherwise) and want the follow-up to reflect what the data says.
FAQ
How does picking a signal change the output?+
There are three drafts behind the dropdown. Opened with no reply gives you a short restate, clicked with no reply offers the longer version or a call, and no signal at all switches to a fresh angle instead of a bump.
Does it read my tracking data to know if they opened it?+
No. You choose the signal from the dropdown yourself, based on whatever tracker you already use. The tool has no connection to your inbox or your reporting.
Why are there brackets left in the draft?+
The bracketed lines are the parts that have to be specific to your prospect, like the trigger and the ask. Sending it with the brackets still in is the fastest way to look automated, so fill them before you send.

Nate built Outsolvi after watching every email-tracking tool he had ever used lie to him about opens. Outsolvi runs Tier 1 to 5 confidence scoring on every open, native in Outlook and Gmail, so the number on the dashboard is one a rep can actually act on.
We update these pages when the underlying mechanics change. new mailbox-provider rules, new tracker behavior, new measurement gaps. The dates above are real revisions, not auto-touches.
