Email Snippet Personalizer
An opening that could apply to any prospect is a tell. This tool scores how prospect-specific your opening actually is.
Some specificity but still leaning generic. Add one more concrete signal.
You analyzed one send. Outsolvi analyzes every send, forever.
Subject scores, preview tests, header parses are one-shot. Outsolvi runs the same analysis on every email you send and surfaces patterns: which subjects open, which preheaders convert, which threads stall. From $7/user/mo yearly.
Get the continuous versionCounts proper nouns, specific events/numbers, and personal references vs generic phrases. Returns a 0-100 personalization score.
Before sending a cold email. If you score below 40, the opening is template-y and won't earn the read.
FAQ
How is the score calculated?+
It starts at 100 and subtracts points for known filler phrases like hope you're doing well, circling back, and just following up, plus a penalty for merge tags you forgot to fill. It adds points back for dollar amounts, four-digit numbers, and proper names.
Can a high score still be a bad email?+
Yes. It matches text patterns, it doesn't verify facts. A specific detail you invented scores exactly the same as one you researched, so the score tells you the opening reads specific, not that it's true.
What score should I aim for?+
Below 40 the opening is template-y enough that it could go to anyone. Between 40 and 70 it has some specificity but still leans generic. At 70 and above it reads as researched.

Nate built Outsolvi after watching every email-tracking tool he had ever used lie to him about opens. Outsolvi runs Tier 1 to 5 confidence scoring on every open, native in Outlook and Gmail, so the number on the dashboard is one a rep can actually act on.
We update these pages when the underlying mechanics change. new mailbox-provider rules, new tracker behavior, new measurement gaps. The dates above are real revisions, not auto-touches.
