What auto follow-ups do
Outsolvi watches the threads you send through the plugin, extension, or web composer. If a reply doesn't land in time, the follow-up goes out from your own mailbox, threaded under the same conversation. If the recipient replies first, the rest of the sequence cancels itself. No babysitting.
The simplest path
- Send the original email from the Outlook plugin, Gmail extension, or the web composer.
- Open the tracker row, click Schedule a follow-up.
- Pick a delay, type the subject and body, leave the condition on Only if no reply.
- Done. The follow-up sits queued until it's time to fire, or until they reply.
Adding more steps (new)
Scheduled one follow-up, want a second? You don't need to rebuild anything. Open the Follow-up Workspace, find the active sequence, click Add step. Type the new subject and body, pick the delay in days from the previous step. Save. The new step queues up behind whatever was already scheduled.
Each step's delay is relative to when the step before it actually fired. So a 1d, 3d, 7d cadence means day 1, day 4, day 11. A reply at any point stops the whole thing.
Reviving old emails (new)
That thread from three weeks ago that went cold? You can still follow up. The Workspace has a Revive Old Threads section that surfaces tracker rows older than seven days with no reply. Click Start follow-up on any one and the same scheduling panel opens. The new follow-up still threads under the original conversation in the recipient's inbox.
What happens when they reply
The engine polls your inbox every five minutes for replies that reference the original conversation. The moment one lands, every remaining step cancels. You won't accidentally send a third nudge to somebody who already said yes (or no).
What you can configure per step
- Delay. Days from the previous step, or an exact date and time.
- Subject. Blank to thread silently, or override it.
- Body. Plain or rich text. Merge fields for first name and company.
- Condition. Only if no reply (default) or Send anyway for transactional sends.
