Outsolvi + Google Workspace
A Google Workspace customer evaluating Outsolvi needs to understand how the integration touches Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
Outsolvi is built native to Google Workspace via the Gmail Chrome extension. The extension installs in 60 seconds, requires only the OAuth scopes needed for tracking (read mail, send mail, modify mail for inserting tracking pixels), and works alongside any other Gmail extension without conflict.
Calendar integration pairs with the AI follow-up window suggestion: when a tier-1 open fires, Outsolvi suggests a calendar slot for a follow-up call based on the rep's free/busy time. Drive integration enables document tracking on PDFs hosted in Google Drive.
What the Google Workspace integration does today
- Native Gmail composer integration: tracking pixel inserted on send, link rewriting for click tracking
- Per-thread engagement-history sidebar inside Gmail
- Calendar integration: suggest follow-up call slots based on rep free/busy
- Drive integration: track opens and page-views on Drive-hosted PDFs
- Google Workspace SSO for Outsolvi dashboard login
What this integration does NOT do
Outsolvi does not modify Drive document content or store document files. Drive integration is read-only access to track document opens via redirect URL.
Use cases
Native Gmail tracking
Every Gmail send is tracked with confidence scoring; the rep sees per-thread engagement in the Gmail sidebar.
Calendar follow-up scheduling
Hot-lead alert in the dashboard offers a one-click calendar link to schedule the follow-up call.
Drive document tracking
Proposals hosted in Drive are tracked per-open and per-page-view, with engagement signals surfaced alongside Gmail engagement.
Setting up the Google Workspace integration

Frequently asked questions
Does Outsolvi read my Gmail body?+
No. Outsolvi reads message metadata (subject, recipient, send time) to enable per-thread tracking. The message body is not stored. Tracking pixel insertion modifies the outbound message but does not require body retention.
Does this work with Workspace conditional access policies?+
Yes. Outsolvi authenticates via standard OAuth 2.0 and respects domain-level conditional access policies set by the Workspace admin.
