Outsolvi + Calendly
A sales team that uses Calendly for booking demos and discovery calls wants to know which prospects clicked the Calendly link but did not book.
The Calendly link click is one of the highest-signal events in a sales sequence. A prospect who clicks the link is on the booking page; if they did not book, something specific stopped them (price concern, timing conflict, second thoughts). Tracking those clicks separately from the booked meetings is the qualification opportunity.
The integration pairs Outsolvi link tracking with Calendly's booking events to identify clicked-but-not-booked prospects, who get a tailored follow-up.
What the Calendly integration does today
- Tracks Calendly booking link clicks via Outsolvi link wrapping
- Pairs with Calendly webhook to detect booked-vs-unbooked clicks
- Surfaces clicked-but-not-booked prospects as a follow-up queue
What this integration does NOT do
Outsolvi does not modify Calendly availability or scheduling rules. The integration is tracking-only on the click side.
Use cases
Booking-page abandonment follow-up
Prospects who reached the booking page but did not book get a tailored short follow-up.
Click velocity as qualification signal
Multiple Calendly link clicks from the same prospect over days is a strong qualification signal.
Calendly event source tracking
Knowing which email and which sequence step drove the booking attempt.
Setting up the Calendly integration
OAuth grant connecting Calendly to Outsolvi (5 minutes).
Outsolvi automatically wraps Calendly links inserted in tracked emails.

Does link wrapping break Calendly's analytics?+
No. The link wrapper preserves Calendly URL parameters and UTM tags. Calendly's own analytics still attribute bookings correctly.
Does this work with other schedulers like Cal.com or HubSpot Meetings?+
Yes for click tracking. The booking-event integration is Calendly-specific today; Cal.com and HubSpot Meetings integration is on the near-term roadmap.
