Microsoft Teams is the dominant chat layer for Microsoft 365 enterprises (the same tenants where Outlook is the dominant inbox). Routing Outsolvi engagement alerts into Teams matches the rep's existing workflow rather than requiring a context switch to a separate dashboard.
The integration uses Microsoft Teams incoming webhooks. Setup is 5 minutes and requires no admin install or AppSource enterprise approval.
What the Microsoft Teams integration does today
- Posts hot-lead alerts (Tier 1 multi-opens, click velocity spikes) to a designated Teams channel
- Posts reply-sentiment classifications (positive replies, negative replies) inline with the original send context
- Posts engagement-decay alerts for at-risk accounts
- Adaptive Card formatting so the alert is actionable inside Teams (Open in Outsolvi, Mark as Reviewed buttons)
What this integration does NOT do
Today the integration is one-way: Outsolvi → Teams. Two-way actions (acknowledge an alert in Teams and have it sync back to Outsolvi) are on the near-term roadmap. The integration does not surface Outsolvi data inside Teams chat tabs as a panel; it posts to channels.

Setting up the Microsoft Teams integration
In the target Teams channel, add an Incoming Webhook connector and copy the generated URL.
Paste the webhook URL into Outsolvi Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Teams.
Toggle which alert categories post (hot-lead, sentiment, decay) and set per-rep filtering.
Trigger a test send; the alert lands in Teams within 2 seconds.
Two-way actions (acknowledge from Teams) on the near-term roadmap. Teams tabs panel embedding Outsolvi dashboard views being scoped.
